The vessel will be added to our V6 pool concept whereas the size criteria for Marine Line coated tonnage with high capacity Nitrogen Generators will be altered to 5,500mt to 8,000 mt DWs. NST’s fleet consist of 19 chemical vessels with nine (9) trading in the pool concept with shared revenue distribution. With our growing cargo volumes this 8,084mt vessel will add to NST’s flexibility to perform a high quality service towards our COA partners and further safeguard NST’s continental tonnage commitment going forward.

We are pleased to announce that NST’s North West European pool concept (V6), has as of the 1st of August added M/T Bomar Mercury 7,003 dwt to the pool fleet.
With this addition, the pool consist of seven (7) vessels with an aim to increase the pool fleet further with quality vessels.
The pool members and pool manager have with this additional vessel also agreed to stretch the pool criteria to include vessels having a DW slightly above/below the initially set parameters of 5,500-6,500 dwt.

After almost four years in our present location, we are moving in to the business district at the city centre of Rotterdam. North Sea Tankers new office will be situated at Westblaak 152, 3012 KM Rotterdam which is within a 10 minutes’ walk from the Central Station of Rotterdam.
We are also pleased to announce that, North Sea Tankers BV and Unifleet BV has reached an agreement of a continuation of our cooperation, affecting seven (7) vessels. M/T Cappadocian, M/T NST Amalia, M/T NST Natasja, M/T Global Sea, M/T Global River, M/T Global Earth and M/T Global Moon will remain in our fleet and will be marketed by North Sea Tankers.
North Sea Tanker Management BV (NSTM) will no longer be part of North Sea Tankers BV’s business activities. The entity will undergo a name change to Unifleet Tankers BV. All IT services/software systems etc has now been separated and the domain remains with NST. It’s our pleasure to announce that M/T Global Sun ( 4,400 dwt) has been delivered to North Sea Tankers and is on her way to Europe. The ship, a sister to M/T Global Earth and M/T Global Moon is the third vessel in a series of four and she will, together with her sisters form a strategic part of our COA development in NW Europe.
With M/T Global Sun’s arrival, being the 22nd vessel in our fleet, North Sea Tankers continues on the strategy to become one of the largest operators trading the youngest quality chemical fleet in Europe. The vessel will be the 5th vessel technically managed by North Sea Tanker Management BV. An additional 7 ships will be delivered during 2011 and 2012 to NST and NSTM.
We are pleased to announce that M/T Global River is now delivered to NST and is on the way to Europe. The vessel, a sister ship to M/T Global Sea (mentioned in “Significant ships of 2010”) is the 2nd 7,500 tonner in a series of four. The vessel has the highest possible environmental notation from class with a “clean ship super” notation and “conf noise” notation. Having two main engines, two controllable pitch propellers, two Becker rudders and a powerful bow thruster will provide a superior maneuverability in ports. 20 cargo tanks with separate line systems, cofferdams and two separate heating systems will ensure safe carriage conditions for a full range of chemical products, including semi-gases such as propylene oxide, pentane and isoprene. Ice class 1A, fully insulated cargo systems and heat traced lines will facilitate trading in cold and icy conditions.
At the same time we would like to take the opportunity and announce that M/T Global Sea, M/T Global Earth and M/T Global Moon have just completed the operations with change in to Dutch flag, registered in Rotterdam. The vessels have undergone necessary operational changes/upgrading and are now all participating in our European market share development.
With M/T Global River’s arrival, being the 21st vessel in our fleet, North Sea Tankers continues on the strategy to become one of the largest operators trading the youngest quality chemical fleet in Europe together with our tonnage partners and selected partnerships with technical quality management concepts, mainly through Wappen Reederei GmbH & Co.KG Hamburg, Bernhard Schulte Ship management (Deutschland) GmbH & Co.KG Hamburg and North Sea Tanker Management BV Rotterdam.
We are proud to announce that Wappen Reederei GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg, as Owners, Poseidon Schiffahrt GmbH, Hamburg, as Commercial Managers, and North Sea Tankers BV, Krimpen aan de Ijssel have reached an agreement that the four WAPPEN-Tankers "WAPPEN VON AUGSBURG", "WAPPEN VON DRESDEN", "WAPPEN VON NÜRNBERG" and "WAPPEN VON FLENSBURG" will be employed under an exclusive Broker Agreement with North Sea Tankers BV for employment in the North West European trade. The four vessels will be handed over to NST in the course of the 2nd Quarter of 2011. We are pleased to announce that North Sea Tankers tonnage partner, Pallas Group has signed an option for a second new building (tanker) from a Turkish yard.
Pallas Shipping is today operating two vessels, M/T Pallas Ocean employed in the dry cargo sector and M/T Pallas Glory, a 3,467mt dw chemical tanker trading in the NST fleet.
The ordered new buildings are specially designed for short sea trading, equipped with two main engines and two propellers with the highest possible environmental notification from class. Both vessels will be employed in Scandinavian waters and the first vessel which will be delivered in the summer of 2011 is committed on a long term time charter to a Scandinavian Oil company. The second vessel ordered with the same specification and price will be delivered in the autumn of 2011, if the option is declared.
Pallas shipping, a subsidy to Pallas Group AB is listed on Nasdaq OMX, Stockholm.
We are pleased to announce that M/T Atagun (Dw 2,147mt), built 2008 will join the NST fleet in the course of October, 2010.
With this latest edition to our fleet, North Sea Tankers will trade 15 chemical tankers, ranging from 2,150 to 8,600mtdw, having a total fleet dead weight of 87,060mt.
M/T Atagun's arrival, with a new technical management in place will add to NST's growth strategy, with quality chemical tonnage and our aim of having the youngest European age profile trading for our customers.

We are proud to announce that North Sea Tankers has entered in to a tonnage partnership with PYXIS MARITIME Corp.
PYXIS MARITIME CORP., incorporated in the Marshall Islands, with commercial and technical operations managed form Athens was founded in May 2007.
Today the company manages and operates a fleet of MR tankers and now also two new built 8,300mt DW chemical/CPP vessels which will be commercially managed by North Sea Tankers BV.
North Sea Tankers will with these two vessels commercially manage a fleet of 14 chemical vessels with a DW ranging from 3,500mt to 8,000mt in NW Europe.
M/T Pyxis Alpha and M/T Pyxis Beta will form an important and strategic part of our market share development in the European chemical and clean petroleum sector. Having a large/wide DW range on our vessels and a fleet structure which provides our customers with a superior operational flexibility is part of NST's strategy going forward. These five vessels with a suitable cubic/DW ratio, allowing full DW lifting on cargoes with Sp.GR of 0.79 to 0.87 will be accessible for our customers' larger parcel sizes, for a solid combination of specialty chemicals, commodity chemicals and clean petroleum products (CPP).
With this latest addition to the fleet, NST's will continue on our strategy to trade the youngest medium sized European chemical fleet. We will continue our drive to further improve overall quality and operational flexibility towards our customers together with Pyxis Maritime Corp and our other quality tonnage partners.
North Sea Tankers' fleet development is progressing as per set strategy. Three out of twelve contracted new buildings for our tonnage partner Unifleet BV are now trading in the NST fleet. M/T Global Earth, M/T Global Moon and M/T Global Sea are today technically managed by North Sea Tanker Management (NSTM).
For the ongoing continuity of seagoing and shore based personnel, we are on behalf of North Sea Tanker Management pleased to announce that NSTM will take over the vessel technical management staff from Chemical Tankers Europe (CTE), effective Monday August 2, 2010.
Capt. D. van Wolferen and his team, will be joined by all technical, QA, Crewing and accounting staff members from CTE, and the teams will effectively be integrated as one solid base team for the management of Unifleet's new building program.

Bakri Navigation Company Ltd. (BNC), based in Jeddah/Saudi Arabia was established in 1973 and has since the early 70th been operating Panamax tankers, Aframax tankers, Suezmax tankers, Very Large Crude tankers (VLCC), chemical tankers, bunker vessels, storage barges and service/supply vessels.
During the 37 years of its activity, BNC has obtained an international recognition for its services in the field of shipping and liquid transportation, thus their long term commitment to safety and quality will make them a very welcomed partner to North Sea Tankers.
Bakri Navigation Company will commit a series of three new buildings (7,400DW) to North Sea Tankers and our European chemical fleet development. We are pleased to announce that M/T Trans Alina (Dw 5,060mt), built 2001 will join the NST fleet as of April 30, 2010. With M/T Trans Alina, NST will as of May trade eight (8) chemical vessels in the region NW Europe to West Mediterranean, having a total dead weight of 34,700mt.
With her European trading history, vessel characteristics of 17 tanks and a superior operational flexibility, she will definitely be a welcomed asset to our fleet.
Later this year, M/T Trans Alina will be joined by the first two (2) out of four (4) new stainless steel 5,000mt dw vessels under construction.

On the 18th of March 2010, Global Ocean was launched at Taixing Ganghua Shipyard. She is the third vessel in a series of 4 sophisticated 7500 DWT Chemical tankers presently under construction.

Global Ocean and her 3 sisters has MarineLine Tank coating. All the vessels of this series are fitted with twin screw propulsion, they come with the highest environmental class and have possibilities of both hot water and thermal oil heating, depending on the cargo to be carried.

Global Ocean is expected to enter in to NST's service during the fourth quarter of 2010. The last vessel in the series, Global Lake, is expected to be delivered first quarter 2011.
Below picture shows first block of M/T Global Taurus, installed on the slipway. Global Taurus is the first vessel of 4 identical Duplex Stainless Steel sisterships. The other 3 vessels will be named Global Gemini, Global Libra and Global Aquarius.
M/T Global Taurus is expected to go into service fourth quarter of 2010, whereafter the next three vessels will be delivered with 3 months intervals, with all vessels of this series delivered end of third quarter 2011.
M/T Global Sea was delivered to owners on this day. The vessel will leave the shipyard in China just after Chinese newyear approx mid March.
We expect the vessel in Europe Mid May this year, to join the rest of the fleet.
North Sea Tankers are pleased to announce that the first New Building, M/T Global Earth (DW 4,387mt) was this morning delivered from Yangzhou/China to her rightful owner.
The vessel is fixed for her first voyage and will arrive NW Europe in the 1st half of March 2010 where she will join the rest of the NST fleet.
M/T Global Earth is the first out of twelve (12) new buildings which will enter our service, taking the NST fleet to nineteen (19) vessels by the end of the new building program for completion in the early part of 2011. Nine (9) more new buildings are expected to be delivered during 2010.

All vessels are built under supervision by our tonnage partner's in-house site management team in China to the highest possible quality/standard. They are all supplied with European operational equipment suitable for the demanding European trade, including Nitrogen generators, twin-screw propulsion plants and certified with the highest possible environmental notification.
M/T Global Earth will be technically managed by North Sea Tanker Management (NSTM) and we would like to take the opportunity to congratulate our technical colleagues to a job well done and best wishes for the first vessel.

North Sea Tankers are pleased to announce that M/T Natasja Theresa is now officially renamed to NST Natasja. She has undergone some operational
upgrading and is now the second vessel in the NST fleet fitted with a Nitrogen generator.
M/T Leoni Theresa is the next vessel in line to undergo operational upgrading, DWs change from 4,226mt to 4,580.75mt, name change (NST Leoni)
and to be fitted with a N2 generator. The work will start this week and we expect to be completed in 2-2.5 weeks time.
M/T Amalia Theresa (to be renamed NST Amalia) will follow her two sisters and is expected to be fitted with a N2 generator week 38-40.
To fit all vessels with Nitrogen generators is part of North Sea Tankers strategy for building, managing and developing high quality systems in
compliance with terminal and customer requirements to the highest service level and safety criteria.
We are proud to announce that M/T Leoni Theresa (Dw 4,226mt), built 2006 will join the NST fleet as of next week.
With the latest edition to the fleet, NST will trade five chemical vessels with a DW ranging between 4,200mt up to 6,850mt.
Upon delivery, the vessel will go through a name change to NST Leoni, plus undergo some technical upgrading, including installation of a Nitrogen generator in order to prepare her for the intended chemical trade together with the rest of the fleet.
